APPLE REPORTEDLY ACQUIRED BEATS AUDIO BY DR. DRE FOR $3.2 BILLION

Reportedly Apple has just Acquired Beats Audio by Dr. Dre. The deal on this is worth $3.2 billion and could be disclosed next week. The reports has mentioned that the deal includes the Beats Audio’s Hardware and audio streaming business that has acquired by Apple.

But why Apple has spent $3.2 billion on this? when Beats audio Valued only $1 billion last year in September and that came from the success of Beats premium headphones. But all the questions will be disclose very soon, reportedly Apple could officially announce about this deal at the end of the next week.

For now there isn’t any thing that is officially disclosed by Apple. But things to notice is that last night Dr. Dre and his friend Tyrese Gibson uploaded a video on YouTube and A selfie was uploaded to Instagram by Tyrese, That shows some kind of Celebration, but in the morning everything was deleted from everywhere the video and the picture. So what that’s for?

This is not the first time that Beats Audio has acquired. HTC bought 50.1% of the Beats Audio for $300 million in year 2011. But the deal didn’t go as planned, So Beats purchased the it back last year in September. At that time Beats audio was valued $1 billion, this indicates that the Apple has acquired the company with exceeding the original value of the company.

If this deal is for real, (that we are gonna now next week) than beats will become very helpful for Apple. Apple will use this wonderful Beats Audio by integrating it in the Laptops, Smartphones and Tablets.
